Shaved Ice

In honor of going out to get shaved ice tonight, I thought I would post the picture of the first time Logan had shaved ice. He was about 18 months old. We shared (obviously). He liked it then, and he likes it now.

    I am a HUGE fan of shaved ice but you just can't get it here in Colo Springs. I got SO excited when I saw a sign posted about two miles from our house that said a shaved ice place is planned for that area. Mmmmmm. So good on a hot summer day. Nothing beats what you can get in Hawaii but anything is better than not having it at all.
