It's sometimes (What am I saying sometimes?) cold in our house when I have to get up early to exercise. I thought, of course, the snoogi can keep me warm while I exercise. Well, it's not so good for yoga. Now I know why it wasn't on the box. You really don't get the range of motion you need while wearing a snoogi. I mean the warrior and dance poses were entirely impossible.
Yeah, but you do look warm :)
